My name is Gioia Tiozzo. I’m a cooking instructor and an Italian food & wine lover. I live in Venice, Italy. I am a psychologist specialising in nutrition: I help people on a diet, I teach them how to cook in a healthy and tasty way. As an Italian cooking instructor, I learnt a lot from my students – something  I will be always thankful for. Now I’m giving something back: this website is my gift to all people who love Italy and Italian food.
